THANK you for all your emails, calls and comments about MUMS, she is strong and doing well!
My Mom has been dealing with health issues since she was first diagnosed with bladder cancer at 32. 30 years
later she is still going strong.
But, all positive! We try and always remain positive about it!
She is the strongest women I will EVER know.
God always watches over angels!
Thank you again for your love and prayers!
Here is a quick, fresh asparagus side dish.
My son LOVES it! Your kids might too. Try it.
Pre-heat oven 350
Rinse Asparagus
I like to cut 1 inch off the bottom end of the asparagus (the white part)
Lay on baking dish
Cover in olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 45 minutes
I like to use alot of pepper in this dish, it really is good that way, trust me!
Great fun coming soon at Dustylu
Check back!
This vignette is on our kitchen counter! Love it against all the white!
Have a beautiful day friends!
Lu, I'm so glad she's okay. I've been worried.
ReplyDeleteLove you,
Jennifer
Hi LuLu,
ReplyDeleteI will continue to pray for your mom. Prayer is a mighty force before a great God. Both of Joe's parents had bladder cancer. I have always thought it odd that both had it. Pretty photos as always. We adore asparagus.

She sounds like a strong-willed, very loved woman. I too love the vignette you have there. I am finding I like to lean paintings up on surfaces, then place things in front of it to give it more dimension.
