I love this cute French basket I found at my favorite place,
I put a few of my favorite herbs inside.
2 Rosemary Romero Tuscan Blue, 1 Basil Albahaca Thai, 2 Basil Nufar.
I LOVE the smell of basil.
We love to cook with fresh herbs.
Quick, fresh red bell pepper recipe!
Dried & fresh basil
Dried oregano
Half of 1 onion
1 garlic clove
Cut bell peppers lengthwise…
Moon the onions! lol…
that’s what I like to call them…
Chop the garlic…
Coat pan with olive oil, heat,
throw the onions & garlic in…
then add bell peppers,
4 tblspn dried basil,
2 tblspn…dried oregano.
Salt & pepper to taste,
…and cook down for 45 minutes!
Top with fresh basil.
Break off some French bread and place some of this YUMMY inside!
Your family will love it!

I adore fresh herbs, we have a "herb-section" in our garden with rosmary, basil, oregano, thyme, tarragon, marjoram, lavender and other beautiful things. Your pictures are so beautiful... and I also make this red pepper receip often... ad some chicken breast strips and roast all.. than make a fresh green salad with a housemade yogurt-herb-garlic dressing and spread the pepper chicken mix over the salad... serve with fresh baguette delicious... you will love it...
