Hi all!
I hope everyone had a great weekend.
I wanted to share a healthy drink with you and a photo shoot
sneak peek.
Here are some shots from a Shabby Chic project I did a few weeks
ago for a feature that I hope to soon share with you.
I am on a serious health kick lately.
Now that I have 2 boys, I want to be healthy and strong for them.
Something about having children that makes you
want to live forever. I go on a walks with them everyday and I am watching what I eat.
I got this idea from a local health food store and I just changed it a bit.
It is really easy and quick.
I drink one a day.
One bunch of parsley
One bunch of kale
3 cucumbers
One bunch of celery
One bunch of spinach
3 apples
Rinse all the veggies and fruit. Put through a Juicer.
The apple is what I added to it. It will take away the bitter
taste of the raw green veggies and it gives the drink a sweet taste.
It is REALLY healthy for you!
Did you know that Kale helps the fight against Cancer???
Here’s to your health!
Have a wonderful start to your week!

Best dish to eat at night camps. As well as very easy to prepare with the help of your steps by step suggestions. It is very delicious and too much testy dish.
